Rodin is the AI 3D model generator of Hyper3D, a product of Deemos Corporation. It turns a text prompt or one or more reference images into a 3D asset: a mesh (a surface made of many small polygons) with materials, exported in several standard 3D formats such as GLB.
One image is enough for most objects; extra views add detail. A user picks a model tier: older Sketch, Regular, Detail and Smooth tiers, and Gen-2 and Gen-2.5, where a higher effort setting takes from about 4 to 80 seconds. Options include PBR materials (texture maps that describe how light reflects), a smart low-poly mesh, and 3D ControlNet, which guides the shape with a bounding box, voxels or a point cloud. Partial edits change one region without rebuilding the model. Through the API a program submits a text-to-3D, image-to-3D or texture-only job, checks its status and downloads the files. Plug-ins exist for Blender, Unity, Unreal, Godot, Maya and 3ds Max.
Hyper3D is a hosted service with monthly or yearly subscriptions and credits; full API access comes with the Business plan.
