BetaList

A startup directory where founders pay to list a new internet startup so that early adopters discover it and sign up.

What BetaList is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

BetaList is a startup directory: a website where founders list new internet startups and early adopters, people who like to try new products first, discover them. It features pre-launch waitlists, private betas and live products, as long as they are new to its audience. It also sends a daily digest of the newest startups by email.

A founder submits the startup's website, name, pitch, description, icon and screenshots, through a form or through a coding agent that uses BetaList's agent API. The founder then picks a plan and pays, and the editorial team reviews the submission against its criteria, such as a clear value proposition, a good design and a domain of its own. An accepted startup gets a permanent hand-edited listing and a do-follow backlink, which is a link that search engines count toward the linked site's ranking. Faster plans also guarantee a place in the newsletter.

Each submission is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Plans differ by speed: Lite is featured within about 14 days, Standard about 3 days and Premium about 1 day. A startup that is not selected gets a full refund.
