Cal.com is scheduling software made by Cal.com, Inc. The host connects a calendar, which Cal.com checks to avoid double bookings, sets the hours when meetings are possible, and shares a short booking link; the invitee picks a free time and the meeting is booked. It serves individuals, teams and developers who build scheduling into their own platforms.
Each kind of meeting is an event type with its own length and place, such as a phone call or Cal Video, the built-in video conferencing. Cal.com sends email and SMS reminders, can take Stripe or PayPal payments, and embeds the booking page in a website. Team plans add round-robin scheduling, which gives each booking to the next available member, collective events with several hosts, routing forms and booking analytics; the Organizations plan adds a company subdomain and SAML single sign-on. Developers use a public API, webhooks, OAuth clients and React components called atoms.
Cal.com is a hosted service, free for one user with no usage limits and sold per user each month to teams. Cal.diy, a community fork with the enterprise code removed, is open source under the MIT license for self-hosting.
