CommentGuard

A comment moderation service for Facebook and Instagram: it hides spam and negative comments under a business's posts and ads and drafts AI replies.

What CommentGuard is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

CommentGuard is comment moderation software for Facebook and Instagram, made by the company CommentGuard. Comment moderation means checking the comments that people leave under a page's posts and ads, and hiding or deleting spam and abuse. CommentGuard does this automatically for posts and for paid ads, at all hours.

Comments from all connected pages arrive in one inbox, with filters and bulk actions, and direct messages appear in a separate Messages inbox. Rules hide or delete new comments automatically: AI models detect profanity, negativity and custom topics in any language, and filters catch URLs, images, mentions, emojis, keywords, email addresses and phone numbers. AI drafts a reply to each comment, and an AI agent trained on the brand's FAQs can reply on its own. Team members get full or limited access without shared passwords, and analytics show comment counts and response times.

CommentGuard is a hosted service with monthly or annual subscriptions. The price depends only on the number of comments a month, and every plan has all features.
