Conductor

A Mac app for running several AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex in parallel, each in its own isolated workspace, locally or in the cloud.

What Conductor is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Conductor is a Mac app, made by Melty Labs, for running several AI coding agents at the same time. A coding agent is an AI program that reads a code repository, edits files and runs commands to complete a programming task; Conductor runs the first-party agents Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode.

Each task gets an isolated workspace with its own Git branch, files, terminal and diff, so that parallel agents do not overwrite each other's work. When an agent finishes, Conductor shows the diff, opens a pull request, merges it and archives the workspace. Conductor Cloud runs workspaces in isolated microVMs (small virtual machines) with the repository and its dependencies pre-installed, so agents keep working after the laptop is closed. Teammates can share a workspace and prompt agents together, and work can be controlled from an iOS app or through the Conductor API. Users bring their own agent subscriptions and API keys.

The desktop app is free. Pro and Teams subscriptions add cloud workspaces, live collaboration, the API and the mobile app.
