Formester

An online form builder: a business makes sign-up forms, surveys and payment forms without code, embeds or shares them, and collects the responses.

What Formester is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Formester is an online form builder made by Formester, Inc. A form builder is a hosted tool for making web forms, such as sign-up forms, surveys, quizzes and applications, without writing code, and for collecting and managing the answers.

Forms are built by drag and drop, or generated by AI from a short description: Formester picks the questions, field types and validation rules and adds conditional logic, which shows or hides questions based on earlier answers. A finished form is embedded in a website or shared by link or QR code. Each response can trigger confirmation emails, team alerts and generated PDF documents, and can be sent to CRMs, Slack and more than 1,000 other tools. Other features include payment collection, offline filling with later sync, translation into other languages, and custom domains without Formester branding.

It is a hosted service. A free plan allows unlimited forms and responses; monthly or yearly subscriptions add branding removal, team features and API access.
