HeyReach

A LinkedIn outreach automation service that sends connection requests and message sequences from many LinkedIn accounts and collects the replies in one inbox.

What HeyReach is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation tool for agencies, sales teams and growth teams. LinkedIn automation means software that performs LinkedIn actions, such as connection requests and messages, on a schedule instead of a person clicking. HeyReach is not associated with LinkedIn.

A team connects any number of LinkedIn accounts (called senders) and imports a lead list from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot or another tool. A campaign is a sequence of steps: profile view, connection request, message, voice note and follow-up, with an "If Connected" condition that treats existing connections differently. HeyReach rotates the sending between accounts and keeps each one inside daily limits. Replies from all accounts arrive in a unified inbox, with sentiment analysis (automatic labelling of a reply as positive or negative) and tags for warm leads. An API, webhooks, an MCP server for AI agents, and integrations with Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, Make and Zapier connect it to other tools.

HeyReach is a hosted subscription service, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a free trial; the entry plan is priced per sender.
