impact.com

A partnership management platform where a business runs its affiliate, creator and referral programs: it finds partners, tracks the sales they bring and pays their commissions.

What impact.com is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

impact.com is a partnership management platform made by Impact Tech, Inc. A partnership program pays outside partners for the customers they send: affiliates (websites and publishers that link to a product), creators and influencers, and existing customers who refer friends. The business pays for results, usually a commission on each sale.

A brand creates its program on the platform and recruits partners from a marketplace of 250K+ partners. Each partner gets tracked links; impact.com records clicks and conversions across devices, also without third-party cookies, and assigns each sale to the right partner. It then pays the commissions automatically in 70+ currencies, under contracts and commission rules the brand sets. Other functions include reporting and forecasts of partner revenue, fraud detection, influencer campaign management, customer referral programs, and on higher plans API-based tracking and multi-touch attribution (sharing credit for a sale among several partners). Partners use the same platform to join programs and receive payouts.

impact.com is a hosted subscription service. A self-serve plan for online stores charges a monthly fee plus a share of revenue; larger plans have fixed monthly fees or custom prices.
