Indie Logs

A website where independent founders keep a public journal of their work: a founder page, one page per project, and dated progress notes.

What Indie Logs is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Indie Logs (also written IndieLogs) is a website for building in public, the practice of founders sharing their progress, numbers and decisions openly while they build a product. It works as a public notebook for independent founders.

A founder makes a founder page, one link that shows the person, their projects and their notes. Each project gets its own page with a journal that records how it changed, and the founder posts a note when there is a release, a decision or a lesson. Visitors browse projects by category (such as SaaS, AI and fintech) or by activity, read the shared journal of new notes, follow founders, and see rankings of active projects and founders. An archived copy of the site from January 2024 shows the same service with a widget that showed a project's live updates on the founder's own website, in 30+ themes, and rankings that sent traffic to featured sites.

Indie Logs is a hosted web service. The current site does not show prices; the January 2024 copy offered a free tier for one project and a one-time payment for lifetime access.
