LinkedIn Sales Navigator

A B2B sales tool on LinkedIn: it searches LinkedIn's members and companies with detailed filters to find potential buyers and contact them.

What LinkedIn Sales Navigator is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a B2B sales tool, software that helps salespeople find and contact buyers at other companies. LinkedIn makes it, and it is built on LinkedIn's network of more than 1 billion members.

A seller searches members and companies with more than 50 filters, such as function, seniority level and years at the company, saves those searches, and receives real-time alerts about leads, for example job changes and new posts. InMail messages reach people outside the seller's own network, 50 a month on each plan. AI features include Account IQ and Lead IQ, which summarize what is known about a company or a person, and Message Assist, which drafts outreach messages. The Advanced Plus plan adds leads and accounts directly to a CRM (customer relationship management system) such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.

Sales Navigator is a subscription sold per license (one user), billed monthly or yearly, in three plans: Core for individual sellers, Advanced for sales teams, and Advanced Plus, priced on request. A free trial is offered.
