What n8n Community is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

The n8n Community is the official forum of n8n, a workflow automation platform. A workflow automation platform connects apps, APIs and AI models into chains of steps that run automatically. The forum is at community.n8n.io. n8n is a product of n8n GmbH of Berlin, and the forum's contact link points to the n8n imprint page.

The forum runs on Discourse, an open-source forum software. Members open topics in categories: Questions for troubleshooting, understanding nodes (the building blocks of an n8n workflow) and reporting bugs; Help me Build my Workflow for working out an automation with other members; Feature Requests to suggest and vote for features; Built with n8n for showing finished projects; Announcements and Security Advisories for news from n8n; and Jobs, which connects people who hire n8n talent with members looking for work. In October 2026 the forum counted about 48,400 topics, 588,000 posts and 184,000 users.

Anyone can read the public categories; members log in to post.
