What Readymag is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Readymag is a design tool for websites: a hosted editor in which a user lays out pages visually and publishes them as a website, for example a portfolio, a personal site or a site for a client. Its own pages describe it as a design tool for outstanding websites and a website builder for designers.

Every project is built from widgets, elements such as text, pictures, video, music, forms, hotspots and Lottie animations, which the user places on a page canvas, resizes, rotates, groups and animates. A project has several pages, each with its own URL and SEO settings (title, description, keywords), and separate layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile. The editor offers grids, a Lock layout mode for safe content edits, more than 5,000 free fonts, 2 million Unsplash photos and custom code. Paid plans add domain mapping, custom font upload, private websites, PDF export, hosting and SSL; the Business (Advanced) plan adds code export.

Readymag is a subscription service. The Free plan publishes one project of up to 10 pages; the paid Personal, Freelancer and Advanced plans are billed monthly or yearly.
