RENT (Real Estate & New Technologies)

A yearly trade show in Paris where companies that sell technology to real estate professionals rent stands and meet buyers.

What RENT is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

RENT (Real Estate & New Technologies) is a trade show in Paris about proptech, the software and other technology used to sell, rent and manage property. The site is published by Realnewtech SAS, a Paris company. The 2026 edition takes place on 4 and 5 November in Pavilion 6 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Exhibitors show products such as AI, automation, data management and collaborative tools to visitors: real estate agents, developers, property managers, investors and local authorities. The site counts more than 400 exhibitors, more than 11,000 attendees and more than 100 startups. The program has conferences, workshops and pitches. The RENT CHANNEL streams debates and interviews live during the show, with replays afterwards. An online Proptech Marketplace lets attendees exchange messages and book meetings before, during and after the event.

Visitors buy a paid pass for one day, two days or online access; students enter free for one day. Attendance can count toward the yearly continuing training that the French ALUR law requires of real estate professionals. Exhibitors book stands through a separate booking site, and the show's pages do not publish stand prices.
