Retention.com

An identity data service that matches anonymous website visitors to email addresses and other personal identifiers, so a business can send them marketing.

What Retention.com is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Retention.com, also called R!, is an identity data company. It sells identity resolution: the matching of scattered signals, such as a website visit, a device or an email address, to one real person. Its products include Retention FLEX for online shops (sold before under the Retention.com name), RB2B for business-to-business sales teams, and contact data APIs under the Moltsets name.

An online shop installs a small script, a pixel, on its website. The service matches anonymous visitors against its network of profiles of people who, the company says, opted in to partner marketing; the network covers the United States only. Matched email addresses are checked for delivery and sent in real time to the shop's email marketing service, such as Klaviyo or Attentive, so the shop's existing browse and abandoned-cart emails reach these visitors. Other products add identifiers such as hashed email addresses (HEMs), mobile advertising IDs (MAIDs) and IP addresses, plus demographic and behavioral data.

Retention.com is a hosted service, with data delivered through real-time APIs or bulk files. Its pricing link leads to account sign-up, and its public pages show no prices.
