A business creates a collection form and shares it by link, embeds it or sends automatic invites; it can offer rewards to customers who answer. Existing praise can be imported from over 30 platforms or a CSV file. In the library, testimonials are tagged, filtered by product or plan and searched in natural language, and AI can turn one testimonial into a full case study. Widgets such as carousels, grids, rating badges and popups embed selected testimonials in a website without code, and a Wall of Love is a shareable page of them. Senja also makes images and short videos for social media and adds rich snippets for star ratings in Google. Zapier, an API and webhooks connect it to other tools.
Senja is a hosted service with a free plan for 15 testimonials and paid subscriptions without that limit.
