TrustSpot (now RaveCapture)

An e-commerce review platform: it asks buyers for product reviews, photos and survey answers after a purchase, and shows them on the store's pages.

What TrustSpot is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

TrustSpot was a software platform for collecting customer reviews, testimonials and user-generated content (UGC: photos and videos made by customers). Its address, trustspot.io, now leads to RaveCapture, a review platform for e-commerce stores from a company in Birmingham, Alabama.

A store connects RaveCapture to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Magento. After each order, automated emails ask the buyer for a review, with the review form inside the email. Widgets then show star ratings, reviews, customer photos and videos on the store's product pages. Verified reviews and product ratings are sent to Google Shopping, search and ads, so that star ratings can appear there. Post-purchase surveys collect feedback and NPS scores (Net Promoter Score, a rating from 0 to 10 of how likely a customer is to recommend the store), and AI features summarize reviews and draft replies.

RaveCapture is a hosted service with a free plan and monthly paid plans. Plans are sized in credits that follow the store's monthly order volume.
