Waalaxy

A LinkedIn outreach automation tool: it sends connection requests, messages and follow-ups to chosen LinkedIn profiles automatically, with optional email steps.

What Waalaxy is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email outreach automation tool, made by Waalaxy, that runs as a web app and a Chrome extension. Outreach automation means that software performs the repeated steps of contacting prospects (possible buyers) on a schedule, instead of a person doing each one by hand.

A user builds a list of prospects from LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, or imports a list. The user then picks one of more than 99 ready-made sequences, and Waalaxy sends connection requests, messages and follow-ups until a prospect replies, optionally with email steps. It spaces actions with human-like timing and daily limits to stay within LinkedIn's limits, up to 800 new connection requests a month. An email finder adds verified professional email addresses. Replies arrive in a shared inbox, a dashboard shows the reply rate per campaign, and conversations sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive and other tools through Zapier, Make or the API.

It is a hosted subscription priced per user, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a 14-day free trial.
