360Dialog

An official Meta partner that gives businesses and software makers access to the WhatsApp Business API, hosts their WhatsApp numbers and charges a monthly fee per number.

What 360Dialog is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

360Dialog is a provider of WhatsApp API infrastructure, made by 360dialog GmbH, a German company founded in Berlin in 2012. As an official Meta Solution Partner, it connects businesses and software platforms to the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta's API (an interface that another program calls over the internet) for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages from a business number. Its site counts over 100,000 businesses and over 2 billion messages a month.

A business is verified by Meta during sign-up and connects its WhatsApp number, or migrates it from another provider with the same number. Developers then get full access to the API and to webhooks, which deliver incoming messages to the application, plus integrations with Zapier, Make and n8n and an MCP server for AI agents. The Partner Platform lets software vendors and resellers offer WhatsApp to many clients; a marketplace matches businesses with messaging tools from partners; Performance Messaging runs marketing campaigns, and 360Pilot measures their results. 360Dialog builds no chatbots itself.

Pricing is a monthly fee per phone number, plus Meta's own WhatsApp messaging fees, passed on without markup.
