Fullstory is a digital experience analytics platform made by Fullstory, Inc. Behavioral analytics software of this kind records how people use a website or mobile app, so that a team can find the places where users struggle or leave.
Fullstory captures every user interaction automatically, without tags added to each page element; it calls this tagless autocapture, or Fullcapture. From that record it offers session replay, which rebuilds a visit so that a team can watch what the user saw and did; heatmaps, scroll maps and click maps, which show where users click and how far they scroll; and product analytics such as funnels, user segments, retention analysis and journeys. It also detects rage clicks, repeated fast clicks on one spot that signal frustration. Sensitive data is excluded by default, and more fields can be masked. AI features called StoryAI summarize sessions and show where users drop off.
