IndieRank

A public leaderboard website that ranks independent founders by their verified monthly recurring revenue, using data from TrustMRR.

What IndieRank is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

IndieRank is a leaderboard website that ranks indie founders by MRR, built by Max Blackwell. MRR (monthly recurring revenue) is the revenue a subscription business earns every month. The founders and figures come from TrustMRR, a database of verified startup revenues, through the TrustMRR API.

The site loads the data from its own API and updates the leaderboard every 24 hours. Each row shows a founder with figures such as MRR, revenue of the last 30 days, 30-day growth, X followers, customers, website visitors, Google impressions and profit margin; users can choose which columns to show. Views filter the list, for example to pre-revenue or revenue-earning startups, and a category filter and search narrow it further. A section of top movers lists the fastest-growing founders, the biggest drops and the best MRR per follower. Each founder has a profile page.

IndieRank is a public website that shows no prices, paid plans or sign-up; its rankings depend on the revenue data that founders have verified on TrustMRR.
