Singular is a marketing measurement platform made by Singular Labs, Inc. It works as an MMP (mobile measurement partner): an independent service that tells an app's owner which ad network, campaign or ad brought each install and each purchase. This work is called attribution.
Singular measures installs, re-engagements and conversions on iOS, Android, the web and across devices. Attribution rules, such as touchpoint priority and lookback windows (how long after a click an install still counts), can be set per ad partner. On iOS it collects SKAdNetwork postbacks, Apple's privacy-preserving reports of which campaign led to an install. It also pulls cost data from more than 1,200 ad networks, so reports show ROAS (return on ad spend) from real spend. More than 50 fraud checks reject fake clicks and installs before attribution, and deep links send users from an ad, email or QR code to a given screen of the app. Data can be exported through APIs or loaded into warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
It is a hosted service. A free plan covers 15,000 paid conversions; above that, Singular charges per conversion or by ad spend.
