TopAI.tools

A directory website of AI tools where people search for a tool by task, and where makers pay to list their AI product to reach those visitors.

What TopAI.tools is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

TopAI.tools is an AI tool discovery platform: a searchable directory of AI products. It launched in January 2023, and its home page counts over 23,000 tools in more than 120 categories, updated daily.

A visitor describes a task in plain language, and an AI search engine returns an overview of the tools that fit, a breakdown of the task into steps with one tool for each, and the full list of results. Filters select tools by input and output (for example, text and an audio recording in, captioned video out), by professional role and by use case. Each tool page shows features, pricing and the closest alternatives, and any two or more tools can be compared side by side. Playbooks give step-by-step guides for one tool, and Stacks are shared collections of tools for a role or workflow. A Verified badge marks tools that the team has reviewed hands-on.

For makers, listing is a one-time payment: a Fast Track listing goes live within 48 hours after editorial review and stays permanently, and a Featured listing adds homepage placement for 7 days.
