Cloudflare Web Analytics

A free web analytics service from Cloudflare: it counts a website's visits, page views, top pages and referrers without cookies or tracking of individual visitors.

What Cloudflare Web Analytics is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is a web analytics service made by Cloudflare, Inc.: it measures how people use a website, for example which pages they view and which sites send them there. It is built for privacy. It stores no client-side state such as cookies or localStorage, and it does not fingerprint visitors (identify a person from the IP address, the browser's user agent string or similar data).

Data comes in one of two ways. A site owner can paste one line of JavaScript into the pages: a small beacon that reports each page view from the visitor's browser and also measures page load time and Core Web Vitals (standard metrics of loading speed, responsiveness and visual stability). Or the site can be proxied behind Cloudflare through a DNS change, and Cloudflare then counts the visits from the logs of its edge servers, with no code on the site. A dashboard shows the top hostnames, URLs, countries, referrers and status codes, with filters and a zoom on any time range.

Web Analytics is free and is available on all Cloudflare plans.
