Outseta

An all-in-one membership platform that combines Stripe subscription billing, user login, protected content, CRM, email and help desk for a SaaS or membership site.

What Outseta is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Outseta is membership management software: one hosted platform for the business side of a membership site, a SaaS product or a club. It combines subscription billing, authentication (user login), protected content, a CRM (a database of customers and their history), email and a help desk, so a team pays for one tool instead of five.

Payments run through Stripe and support subscriptions, one-time products, free trials and team billing. Users sign in with an email address and password or a Google account, and protected-content rules control which members see which pages. The email tool sends marketing, transactional and product emails; the help desk answers members by live chat or tickets and hosts a knowledge base. Reporting tracks subscription metrics and why members cancel. A site adds Outseta by putting its script in the page head and copying the sign-up and login links; it works with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, React and other builders.

Outseta is a subscription service with a 14-day free trial. Plans are priced by number of contacts, and most plans add a fee on each transaction.
