RB2B

Website visitor identification software: a script on the site names the people and companies behind anonymous visits and sends them to Slack or a CRM as sales leads.

What RB2B is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

RB2B is website visitor identification software, made by RB2B, whose parent company is Retention.com. Visitor identification tries to name the anonymous people and companies that view a website, so that a sales team can contact them.

The site owner installs one script in the header of the site. RB2B matches each visitor against a publisher network using first-party and third-party cookies, device IDs and IP addresses, and uses Demandbase's reverse-IP lookup (finding the company that owns an IP address) to identify companies. It sends names, LinkedIn profiles, business emails and company data to Slack, Teams, a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Clay, or more than 50 other apps. Filters by company size, revenue, seniority and geography route the most relevant leads to different tools. Person-level identification works only for visitors in the United States, with a US-only database; company-level identification is global, and under GDPR it needs a consent tool on the site.

RB2B is a hosted service. A free plan identifies companies only; paid monthly plans add person-level identification and are priced by the number of resolutions (identified visitors) a month.
