Rork is an AI app builder, a platform where AI models write the code of an app from a plain-language description. It builds and publishes native iPhone apps, native Android apps and web apps without hand-written code. Everything runs in the browser, with no Xcode, Android tooling or build pipelines to set up.
Work happens in two modes. In Design mode, Rork proposes the screens and the look of the app. In Build mode, it turns the designs into working code: web apps with React and Vite, iOS apps with SwiftUI, and Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose; the Rork Pro plan uses React Native and Expo for cross-platform apps. Rork Max runs real Macs with Xcode in the cloud: an AI agent writes SwiftUI code, compiles it and fixes the errors, while a streamed iOS Simulator shows the result. Rork then publishes the app to the App Store, Google Play or the web.
Rork is a subscription service priced in credits, units of AI compute that each cover roughly one request. The Free plan covers Design mode only; Build mode needs a paid plan.
