Kajabi

An all-in-one platform for selling knowledge online: it hosts courses, coaching, memberships and communities, and handles the website, email marketing and payments around them.

What Kajabi is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Kajabi is a hosted platform for people who sell their knowledge, such as coaches, educators, practitioners and creators. Its site describes it as one place to build, market, sell and deliver this work, so that a business does not need separate tools for each step. The maker is Kajabi.

A business builds its products on Kajabi: online courses, coaching programs, digital downloads, memberships with tiered access, communities, newsletters and podcasts. Customers who buy log in and use the content on the Kajabi website or in a branded mobile app. Around the products, Kajabi provides a website builder, sales funnels (sequences of pages that lead a visitor to a purchase) and automations, email marketing, a contact CRM (a customer database), analytics, and its own payment processing, Kajabi Payments. Newer features include AI agents and a Kajabi MCP server, which lets AI assistants work with a Kajabi account.

It is offered as a monthly or annual subscription in three plans that differ in the number of products, contacts, websites and admin users. Kajabi takes no share of revenue, but payment processing fees apply. A free trial is offered.
