SMASHSEND

An email marketing platform for creators, founders and small businesses: campaigns, automated and transactional emails, signup forms with referral waitlists, and a contact CRM.

What SMASHSEND is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

SMASHSEND is an email marketing platform for creators, founders and small businesses, made by SMASHSEND. One account holds email campaigns, automated lifecycle emails, transactional email, signup forms with referral waitlists, and a CRM (customer relationship management system, a database of contacts and their history).

Emails are written in a document-like editor with AI completion from models such as GPT-5, Claude and Gemini, conditional blocks that change the content for each reader, and merge tags for personalization. Automations send email sequences at key moments, such as a signup or an event that the business's product reports through the Events API, and transactional emails go out on user actions. Forms can be embedded in a site or hosted by SMASHSEND. In a referral waitlist, each person who signs up gets a personal invite link and a live position that rises when friends join, and every entry becomes a contact. Zapier, webhooks and an API connect it to other tools, and contacts can be moved over from Mailchimp.

It is a hosted service with monthly or annual plans, priced by the number of contacts and emails sent per month.
