UserJot

A customer feedback service: users post and vote on feature requests, and the business publishes a roadmap, a changelog and live chat in one widget.

What UserJot is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

UserJot is a hosted customer feedback and support tool for software teams, made by UserJot. It collects feature requests on feedback boards, where customers post ideas and vote on the ones they want, and it publishes a public roadmap (the list of planned and in-progress work) and a changelog (the list of shipped updates).

A widget placed inside the customer's own web app holds live chat, the feedback board, the roadmap and the product updates, so users do not leave the product to reach the team. Email support lands in the same inbox as chat. Juno, a built-in AI support agent, answers from the board, roadmap, changelog and docs, and hands questions it cannot solve to the team. Automatic login and single sign-on let users of the app post without a separate account, and an API is documented.

It is a hosted service with a free plan and paid monthly plans. Plans are priced by features, not by seats: every plan has unlimited users and posts.
