Ashby

Recruiting software that tracks job openings and applicants, publishes job postings on a hosted job board, and schedules interviews for a hiring team.

What Ashby is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Ashby is recruiting software made by Ashby, Inc. Its core is an ATS (applicant tracking system): a database that holds each job opening and every candidate, and moves candidates through the stages of the hiring process. The same product also contains a CRM for finding and contacting candidates, interview scheduling and analytics.

A company sets up each job with a structured interview plan. It then publishes the posting to an Ashby-hosted job board at jobs.ashbyhq.com, which it can embed in its own careers page, and to third-party boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Google Jobs. Applicants apply through that board. Recruiters review the applications, with optional AI help that compares each one with criteria set for the job, and send multi-step outreach sequences by email and LinkedIn to people found elsewhere.

Ashby is a hosted service sold by subscription. The price depends on company size, usage and commitment: the Foundations plan for up to 100 employees shows a monthly price, and larger plans are quoted on request.
