Join

Recruiting software for small and mid-sized companies: it posts a job ad to many job boards at once, hosts a careers page and tracks every applicant.

What Join is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Join is an applicant tracking system (ATS), software that collects job applications and moves each candidate through the hiring stages, built for small and mid-sized companies. It is made by JOIN Solutions AG, which lists offices in Pfäffikon (Switzerland), Berlin, Barcelona and Poznań.

A company writes a job ad, with help from Job Studio, which drafts the text with AI and checks it against job-board rules, and publishes it once. Join then posts it to more than 10 free (organic) job boards and, for a fee, to more than 250 paid boards, and it can show the open jobs on a branded careers page or a job widget on the company's own website. Every application arrives in one pipeline with the board it came from. Hiring teams send candidates booking links for interviews, rate them on shared scorecards, email them from one inbox and automate status messages. The higher plan adds an API and Zapier and Make connections.

It is a hosted service with a subscription priced per job per month, a 14-day free trial, and paid job-board placements bought on top.
