Microns

An online marketplace for buying and selling micro startups, such as small SaaS products, mobile apps and newsletters, with chat and a guided transfer service.

What Microns is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Microns (microns.io) is a managed M&A (mergers and acquisitions) marketplace for micro startups: small online businesses such as micro-SaaS products (small software sold as a subscription), web apps, mobile apps, newsletters and ecommerce shops. Its founder is Ilya Novohatskyi, an entrepreneur from Kyiv, Ukraine.

A seller lists a startup with its annual revenue and asking price. Microns verifies both buyers and sellers. Free buyers see only the public details of each listing, five days late; Premium buyers see private details such as contacts and revenue, and can chat with sellers in real time and share files. Transfer by Microns is an escrow-style service in six steps: both parties sign an agreement, the buyer pays, the seller hands over the assets, the buyer approves the transfer, and only then does Microns release the money to the seller. Sellers offer 30 days of support after the sale.

Sellers list at no cost and pay a commission only when the business sells. Buyers can join for free or pay for a Premium subscription.
