TermsFeed

An online legal-document generator: it writes and hosts a privacy policy, terms and conditions and similar agreements for a website or app, and manages cookie consent.

What TermsFeed is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

TermsFeed is an online compliance service, active since 2012, that generates legal agreements and policies for websites, apps and online stores: privacy policies, terms and conditions, cookie policies, EULAs (end-user license agreements, the license terms of an app), disclaimers and return and refund policies. It also sells Privacy Consent, a consent management platform (CMP): a cookie banner that asks each visitor for consent to cookies and embedded content and keeps consent logs, as laws such as the EU's GDPR require.

The owner answers questions about the business and ticks options in a form, and the generator writes the agreement from the answers. The result can stay on a free hosted page with a permanent link, be embedded in a site with an iframe, or be downloaded as HTML, DOCX, plain text or Markdown. A live editor adds custom text, and TermsFeed sends a notice when an update is due.

A simple version of each policy is free but must show a credits link to TermsFeed. Premium clauses are one-time payments per clause; Privacy Consent is a monthly or yearly subscription.
