TidyCal

An online scheduling tool: it gives a booking page where clients choose a free time from the owner's synced calendars and can pay when they book.

What TidyCal is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

TidyCal is an online scheduling and booking tool from Sumo Group, Inc.; its lifetime plans are sold through AppSumo. A person or a team gets a public booking page at a TidyCal link, with no domain or hosting needed, and defines booking types, for example a free 30-minute call or a paid 60-minute session.

TidyCal reads the owner's Google, Microsoft or Apple calendars, offers only free times, and writes each booking into one calendar, which prevents double bookings. Paid plans create Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links automatically. Clients can pay when they book, through Stripe or PayPal; the owner can also sell recurring sessions, packages of several sessions, and digital products. Reminder emails, and on some plans SMS reminders, reduce no-shows. Teams can use round-robin meetings, which spread bookings across team members, and collective meetings with several hosts.

There is a free plan, lifetime plans paid once, and a Pro subscription. On every plan except Pro, TidyCal takes a 1% platform fee on payments made through Stripe.
