Little Exits (formerly Tiny Acquisitions)

A marketplace for buying and selling small online businesses, earlier called Tiny Acquisitions; sales close through its offers and escrow, with a success fee on each sale.

What Little Exits is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Little Exits, which earlier ran under the name Tiny Acquisitions, is an online marketplace operated by Little Exits Inc. People buy and sell small online businesses there: SaaS products, web and mobile apps, websites, newsletters, online stores and side projects, usually priced under US$100,000. Businesses without revenue are accepted when this is disclosed.

A seller registers, lists the business and pays a small submission fee, and the listing is reviewed before it is published. Buyers browse listings for free but need a paid Premium membership to see full details such as revenue, expenses and the business's web address, to send messages and to make offers. When the seller accepts an offer, the buyer pays into escrow, a holding account that keeps the money until the transfer is done; the seller transfers ownership, and the money is released when the buyer confirms. A weekly email sends one selected business for sale to its subscribers.

The marketplace earns money from seller submission fees, a percentage success fee on each completed sale, buyer memberships and a one-time payment for the weekly email.
