Youform

An online form builder: it creates forms, surveys and quizzes, shares or embeds them on websites, and collects unlimited responses on its free plan.

What Youform is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Youform is an online form builder for forms, surveys and quizzes. Davis Baer and Abhishek Chakravarty started it in 2023 as a lower-cost alternative to Typeform. The company says it is bootstrapped (funded by its own customers, without outside investors) and profitable.

A user describes the form and Youform AI drafts the questions, or the user starts from a template or the editor, then shares a link or embeds the form in a website. Forms support conditional logic (questions shown or skipped based on earlier answers), scores and calculations, signatures and file uploads up to 10 MB. Responses can flow to Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier and webhooks, and existing forms can be imported from Typeform or Google Forms. Youform Pages builds hosted landing pages that carry a form.

Youform is a hosted service. The free plan has unlimited forms and responses under fair use; the paid Pro and Business plans add custom domains, branding removal, Stripe payments and more team members, billed monthly or yearly.
