Attio

A customer relationship management (CRM) system: it keeps a company's contacts, companies and deals, fills them from email and calendar, and automates sales work.

What Attio is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Attio is a CRM (customer relationship management) platform made by Attio Ltd. A CRM is a database of a company's customers and prospects (people, companies and deals) together with the emails, calls and meetings with them. Attio calls itself a CRM for agentic revenue, meaning that AI agents do part of the sales work, such as finding prospects and following up.

A team connects its inbox and calendar, and Attio syncs contacts in real time and builds records from them. Attio enriches every record automatically, which means it adds missing data to it, and the data model is customizable, with objects and lists. Call Intelligence records and analyzes meetings. Reporting and forecasts show the sales pipeline. Workflows, sequences (personalized outreach emails) and custom AI agents automate tasks, and Ask Attio answers questions about the data with AI. Developers use a REST API with webhooks, an App SDK for TypeScript React apps inside Attio, SQL queries, and an MCP server that connects Claude or ChatGPT.

Attio is a hosted service. The free plan allows up to 3 seats; paid plans are billed per user per month and include monthly credits.
