Osome

An online accounting service for small companies: an assigned accountant and Osome's software keep the books and prepare and file annual accounts and tax returns.

What Osome is

Written from its maker's own pages, read on 28 October 2026.

Osome is an online accounting service for small businesses that combines human accountants with its own accounting software. In the United Kingdom it also registers new companies. The UK service is run by Osome Ltd., which also operates in Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.

A business connects its bank accounts and ecommerce marketplaces to the Osome app on iOS, Android or the web. The software captures bills and receipts, creates and sends invoices, reconciles transactions automatically, and keeps a compliance calendar of deadlines. A personal accountant, reached through in-app chat, does the bookkeeping and prepares the annual accounts and the Corporation Tax filing, and handles filing with HMRC, the UK tax authority, and Companies House, the UK register of companies. VAT returns, payroll and self-assessment can be added.

Osome is a subscription service. Its accounting packages (Operate, Grow and Scale) are billed per financial year, at a price set by the company's stage and annual revenue, with paid add-ons.
